Here is a list of introductions from the current officers.
President: Arya Ramachandran
Arya Ramachandran is a senior and the president of the Winchester High School Latin Club. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Parliamentarian and Treasurer for the club. Arya played a major role in contributing to the club's success. He was an integral part of all activities, including the Spirit Fair, spearheading fundraiser/service projects (one of which was awarded first place in the Nationals), participation in conventions, and the club’s newsletter. He extolled the club’s endeavors through several public and school news publications. He takes immense pride in being part of the club that worked very hard to bring home the coveted Janet Rajotte trophy for excelling in the Junior Classical League State Convention for the first time in its 16-year history last year! Outside of the classroom, Arya is a big fan of Boston sports. He looks forward to his final year in the club!First Vice President & Publications Editor: Zo Clarke
Zo Clarke is a senior and the vice president and publications editor of the Winchester High School Latin Club. They are in charge of compiling and composing content for the club's newsletter. Outside of Latin, they are enamored with classical literature and the works of Ursula K. Le Guin. Their primary hobby is writing and editing for friends, and they're currently working on a novel they hope to finish by spring.Second vice president: ryan McDowell
Ryan McDowell is a junior and the second vice president of the Winchester High School Latin Club. This is his second year in Latin Club, and being Vice President is his first major role. Outside of Latin, he takes interest in running and art. He especially enjoys making landscape art pieces and concept designs. Hi! I’m Liandra Federico; I’m a senior. I’m the social media coordinator for Latin Club and I handle all the social media. This is my second year in Latin Club I am attending my first Classics Day this year and am super excited!Secretary: Georgia Evregenis
Georgia Evrigenis is a senior and the secretary of the Winchester High School Latin Club. She has always had an interest in classical literature and mythology (thanks, Rick Riordan). Currently, she is responsible for keeping track of club meetings and organization, and she has yet to forget to send out a club email (for now).Treasurer: Jade Scott
Jade Scott is a senior and the treasurer for Winchester High School’s Latin Club. He controls the financials of the club and commits to maintaining the fiscal stability that Winchester High School clubs are expected to uphold. In his free time, he manages a local hedge fund and trades cryptocurrency.
