WHS Latin Club has won second place at the 2023 MassJCL convention, beaten only by Boston Latin School. We participated in many events, including certamen, olympika, chariot races, English oratory, dramatic interpretation, sight reading, and the costume contest, and took home several prizes from individual academic testing as well. Overall we feel as though we did our best this year, and have some strategies in mind to try and come in first next year. This marks the end of the Latin Club year, so congratulations to the class of 2023, and we hope to see everyone else again next fall.
